With the Khedmah app, customers can easily pay their bills for the Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC), Mazoon Electricity Company (MZEC), Majan Electricity Company (MJEC), Rural Areas Electricity Company (RAECO), Dhofar Power Company (DPC), and the Public Authority of Electricity & Water (PAEW). Additionally, they can also pay postpaid telecom bills for Omantel, Ooredoo, and AWASR.

The application also offers the convenience of recharging prepaid telecom numbers for Omantel, Ooredoo, Renna, and Friendi, as well as prepaid electricity accounts.

Customers can easily check their real-time outstanding balances for all services and make payments through the app. The feature to save card details allows for quick one-click payments.

This comprehensive application not only enables customers to manage their utility and telecom accounts but also provides the option to receive monthly bills electronically. Users can also locate branches and bill payment machines across the country.
